Greggs is hiring a Shift Manager to lead daily shop operations and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee service across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels when the Manager isn’t present.

You’ll motivate colleagues, manage shifts, and ensure product preparation and oven management are running smoothly while maintaining a clean, well-stocked environment and a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in team supervision in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsabilités

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast, friendly manner.
• Prepare products, including sandwiches and ovens management.
• Keep displays stocked with a wide range of options for customers.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy and presentable.
