Greggs PLC is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a shop team across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels. You’ll motivate staff, ensure excellent customer service, and cover shifts when the Manager isn’t present. You’ll handle sandwich preparation, oven management, stocking displays, and maintaining a clean, welcoming shop environment.
