Job summary

Greggs plc in Sandycroft is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a busy store, motivate a team and ensure customers receive excellent service during every shift. You’ll oversee daily operations when the Manager is away, manage ovens and displays, and keep the shop clean and well stocked, while delivering fast, friendly service across in-store and delivery channels.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Proven ability to motivate and manage a team on shift.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and serve customers quickly and warmly.
• Prepare products and manage ovens during shifts.
• Ensure displays are fully stocked and the shop is clean and organized.
