A UK-based food retailer seeks a Shift Manager to lead the team and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include inspiring the team, serving customers, and maintaining shop standards. Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience and a passion for customer service. About the role
You’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first. As part of the management team, you’ll be responsible for looking after the shop when the Manager isn’t around. You will engage and motivate the team, and ensure they have what they need to do an amazing job.
We serve our customers across various channels: in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru. You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience, whether they order in-store or online.
