A leading automotive manufacturer in Woking is seeking a Shift Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain production equipment at their facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to resolving technical issues and conducting both reactive and planned maintenance on a diverse range of manufacturing equipment. Working hours include shifts on a 9-week rotation, covering both early and late hours, as well as being on call for emergencies.

Job Overview

We are recruiting for a Shift Maintenance Technician to join our fantastic Services team in Woking. As the Shift Maintenance Technician at McLaren, you will repair and maintain all the production equipment within the McLaren Production Centre and the McLaren Technology Centre. You will perform reactive and planned maintenance on a wide range of manufacturing plant and equipment. The role requires a high technical skill level alongside a proactive approach to resolving issues and implementing countermeasures.

Shift Schedule

Monday to Friday day shift, early shift, late shift on a 9 week rotation and on call for 1 in 9.

• Day Shift: 07:00 - 15:30
• Early Shift: 06:00 - 14:30
• Late Shift: 13:30 - 22:00
