You will be the go-to person in the absence of the Store Manager for day-to-day queries and help create an inclusive, welcoming environment for our customers and colleagues. The role emphasizes efficient shift coverage, prioritising replenishment, maintaining store presentation, and supporting the Store Manager with events and staff
