You will be responsible for opening and closing, coaching colleagues, managing safety, and driving standards across operations to create a welcoming, well-presented store for customers every day.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the team to deliver the easiest shopping trip in the community.
• Opening/closing the store and completing duty cover, ensuring safety and customer focus.
• Be the go-to person for colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Support the Store Manager to coordinate seasonal, community and charity events.
• Keep the store clean, tidy and well presented.
• Prioritise replenishment of products customers need.
• Ensure point of sale and shelf edge labels reflect standards.
• Manage queues to deliver a great shopping trip for customers.
• Balance time across service and replenishment areas.
