Job summary

Greggs in Carlisle is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn’t around, ensuring a brilliant customer experience across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels.

You will inspire the team, lead by example, and ensure colleagues have what they need to excel. The role includes managing shifts, maintaining standards and supporting a friendly, fast service culture.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Availability requirements for the role must be met.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver great results and maintain high standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers quickly and politely.
• Prepare products, including sandwiches and ovens management.
• Keep displays stocked and shop looking clean and presentable.
