Hall & Woodhouse is seeking a Shift Leader for Perfect Plough near Southampton. You will lead daily service, ensure guest satisfaction and help manage operations with a focus on safety and team development.

In return, you receive £13.70 per hour, share of tips, a bonus scheme, 60% off meals on duty, and a clear path to General Manager within the Hall & Woodhouse family.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in hospitality, ideally with supervisory experience in a busy food-led environment.
