Job summary

Hall & Woodhouse, the Dorset-based pub group, is seeking a Shift Leader for The Sensational Smugglers Inn near Weymouth. Join a team known as a Sunday Times Best Place to Work, delivering welcoming guest experiences and smooth service across opening and closing shifts.

You will supervise daily operations, uphold safety standards, mentor a small team, and help develop the venue toward future general management opportunities within the Hall & Woodhouse family.

Qualifications

• Experience as shift leader or assistant manager in hospitality.
• Ability to oversee opening/closing and safety procedures.
