Hall & Woodhouse’s Perfect Plough in Bursledon is seeking a Shift Leader to join a supportive, family‑owned group renowned for its Sunday Times Best Place to Work status. You’ll help run opening and closing duties, ensure guest experiences are memorable, and coach team members while upholding safety and service standards.

With a pay rate of £13.70 per hour plus tips, a 60% meals discount, and a clear path to General Manager, you’ll work a consistent five‑day week in a busy food‑led environment,

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, ideally with supervisory experience in a busy food-led environment.
• Willing to support the GM in coaching and developing the team.
• A shift leader or assistant manager who is kind, calm and approachable.
• Confident overseeing opening/closing, safety and security procedures.
• Able to work days, evenings and weekends and reliably manage the commute.
