Hall & Woodhouse Limited in Wimborne is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to join The Olive Branch pub as part of a renowned family-owned brewing group. You will support daily operations, manage opening/closing, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences with a friendly, guest‑centric approach.

Qualifications

• Experience as shift leader or assistant manager in hospitality.
• Oversee opening/closing and safety procedures.
• Well-presented, detail-focused and professional.
• Willing to coach and develop the team.
• Able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily opening and closing operations.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
• Lead and motivate the hospitality team to deliver great guest experiences.
