Job summary

Hall & Woodhouse’s Smugglers Inn near Weymouth is seeking a Shift Leader to join the leadership team. The role offers £13.70 per hour, with a share of tips and a bonus scheme, plus 60% off meals while on duty. Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, ideally with supervisory experience in a busy food-led environment.
• Ability to oversee opening/closing, safety and security procedures.
• Strong guest service and team coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations as Shift Leader during shifts.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Ensure safety, security and standards are maintained.
• Support the GM in leadership duties and problem solving.
