Job summary

Hall & Woodhouse is looking for a Shift Leader for Beach House on the seafront near Lymington. You will lead a hospitality team, manage opening/closing and guest experiences, and support the GM in coaching staff.

The role offers £13.70 per hour plus tips, a bonus scheme, 60% off meals on duty, and a clear path to General Manager within a Sunday Times Best Places to Work company.

• A shift leader or assistant manager who is kind, calm and approachable


• Confident overseeing opening/closing, safety and security procedures


• Well-presented, detail-focused and professional


• Willing to support the GM in coaching and developing the team


• Logical, organized and able to manage multiple tasks


• Driven to deliver outstanding guest experiences


• Able to work days, evenings and weekends and reliably manage the commute


• A natural host who loves creating day making moments
