Job summary

Hall & Woodhouse's Lulworth Cove Inn is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to join our friendly pub team on the Jurassic Coast. You’ll oversee opening/closing, safety, and guest service while supporting the GM to coach the team and deliver outstanding hospitality.

Qualifications

• A shift leader or assistant manager who is kind, calm and approachable.
• Confident overseeing opening/closing, safety and security procedures.
• Well-presented, detail-focused and professional.
• Willing to coach and develop the team.
• Able to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in hospitality, ideally with supervisory experience.
