Job summary

Hall & Woodhouse - West Region is seeking a Shift Leader for the Lulworth Cove Inn in Dorset. You will lead front-of-house operations, oversee opening and closing, maintain guest satisfaction, and support the General Manager in coaching the team.

The role offers a 5-day week, a base pay of £13.70 per hour with tips, and additional benefits including a 60% meals discount and opportunities for career progression within Hall & Woodhouse.

Qualifications

• Shift leader or assistant manager who is kind, calm and approachable.
• Overseeing opening/closing, safety and security procedures.
• Well-presented, detail-focused and professional.
• Willing to support the GM in coaching and developing the team.
• Logical, organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Driven to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Able to work days, evenings and weekends and reliably manage the commute.
• A natural host who loves creating day making moments.
