Caffè Nero in Marlow is seeking a Shift Leader to help run busy shifts, lead the team by example and deliver excellent service with every order. No coffee experience is required, as full training is provided to help you grow with the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader is ideal.
• No coffee experience required, training provided.
• Enjoy customer interaction and delivering great service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and manage the team by example.
• Ensure fantastic coffee, drinks, and personalised service to customers.
• Keep the store and back-of-house clean, safe and well-organised.
• Support deliveries and ensure high standards across the store.
