Qualifications

• Ideal candidates have some experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader.
• Brilliant training is provided; no coffee experience required.
• Great attitude and energy for customer interaction.

• Lead the shift and coach the team by example.
• Make fantastic coffee, matcha and seasonal drinks.
• Provide excellent service in-store and during deliveries.
• Keep customer areas and back-of-house clean, safe and organized.
