Job summary

Greggs in Oldham is seeking a Shift Manager to join our team, focusing on delivering excellent customer service and leading staff during the manager’s absence. You’ll ensure smooth operations, manage ovens and food preparation, and keep displays stocked and shop presentation high.

The role emphasizes customer-first service, teamwork, and maintaining fast, friendly service across in-store and delivery channels. 20-hour contracts with opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• You’ll be reliable and demonstrate natural leadership abilities, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the excellent standards of the shop.
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner.
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens.
• Ensure our displays are fully stocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers.
• Keep the shop looking clean, tidy and presentable.
