Job summary

Greggs plc in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to oversee daily shop operations when the Manager isn’t present. You’ll motivate teammates, ensure excellent customer service, and support colleagues across channels, including in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru.

You will lead by example, keeping the shop well-stocked, ovens managed, and displays appealing while maintaining a fast, friendly service that makes every customer experience memorable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast and friendly manner.
• Prepare products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens.
• Keep displays fully stocked with a wide range of options for customers.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and presentable shop.
