Job summary

Greggs Plc is seeking a Shift Manager to support the store when the Manager is away, guiding a team to deliver exceptional customer service across in-store, delivery, Click & Collect and drive-thru channels.

You will lead by example, inspire the team, and ensure products are prepared and ovens managed while maintaining stock levels and a clean, welcoming shop environment. Flexible availability and previous supervisory experience are required.

• Experience supervising a team in a customer-facing environment.
• Availability to meet the role's shift requirements and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the shop's excellent standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast and friendly manner.
• Prepare our products, including sandwiches and managing the ovens.
• Ensure displays are fully stocked with a wide range of products for customers.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
