Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to help run our store operations and lead the team to deliver a great customer experience. You will work across store areas and act as the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries, while building positive, inclusive relationships with colleagues.

You will be a confident leader, capable of guiding the store in the Manager’s absence, making balanced decisions, and coaching others to uphold Tesco’s high service standards.
