Job summary

Five Guys is looking for proactive Shift Managers or General Managers to support store leadership in a high-volume hospitality setting in the United Kingdom. You will help run shifts smoothly, coach the team, handle guest concerns promptly and uphold our simple, quality-driven dining experience.

You will contribute to profitability through labour and inventory controls while guiding staff development and maintaining Five Guys standards for service and cleanliness.

Qualifications

1–2 years of management experience in a high-volume hospitality or QSR environment is preferred.
Strong leadership, coaching and energy to drive a busy shift.
Experience assisting with P&L, labour costs and inventory/waste to hit profitability targets.

Responsibilities

Ensure each shift runs smoothly and aligns with Five Guys values.
Deal with complaints promptly in an open and honest way.
Lead, coach and motivate the team; develop talent for future roles.
Contribute to profitability by managing labour, inventory and waste.
