Five Guys in the United Kingdom is seeking a capable Shift Manager to support the General and Assistant Managers. You will lead shifts, coach teams and ensure operations meet Five Guys standards, keeping customers happy and orders accurate.

You will manage breaks, uphold food hygiene and safety, handle complaints, and drive guest satisfaction through hands-on leadership and engagement with the team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience in a high-volume hospitality or QSR environment.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities to drive the team.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and delivering a great guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support shift operations to Five Guys standards.
• Coach and motivate crew, ensuring energy remains high during busy periods.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and health & safety compliance on the line.
• Manage crew breaks and allocate staff efficiently during rushes.
