Qualifications

• Experience: ideally 1 year of management in high-volume hospitality or QSR.
• Obsessed with guest experience and proven satisfaction scores.
• Financial awareness: manage breaks, waste, and rush periods.
• Natural motivator who leads by example on busy shifts.
• Solid knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front, manage on the line and in the dining area.
• Support GM to deliver burgers/fries and a best-in-class guest experience.
• Create a positive working environment aligned with Five Guys values.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and openly to restore satisfaction.
• Ensure smooth shift execution and adherence to shift protocol and values.
