Five Guys in Guildford is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to support the General and Assistant Managers in running busy shifts to Five Guys standards. You will lead a team, maintain high energy, and focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of management experience in a high-volume hospitality environment, with strong leadership, problem-solving, and knowledge of food hygiene and safety.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management experience in a high-volume hospitality or QSR environment.
• Proven ability to lead a team and maintain high energy during busy shifts.
• Track record of driving customer satisfaction and delivering strong results.
• Understanding of food hygiene and health & safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Support General and Assistant Managers to ensure shifts run to Five Guys standards.
• Demonstrate leadership, coaching and direction to the team.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and honestly.
• Ensure shifts run smoothly and uphold company values.
• Lead by example to get the best out of the Crew during busy services.
