Job summary

Greene King pubs are seeking a Team Leader to lead by example, ensuring the shift runs smoothly and that customers are kept happy. You’ll support the team to maintain high standards and deliver consistent service in a busy pub environment.

You’ll deputise for management, organise the team during busy periods, keep the bar safe and compliant, and model excellent service with a positive attitude and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or pubs.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lead a team during shifts.
• Knowledge of allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
