Job summary

Flaming Grill is seeking a Team Leader to guide the shift and ensure the team runs smoothly, maintaining high standards and keeping customers happy. You will support the management team, coordinate the team during busy periods, and uphold safety, legality, and cleanliness across the bar and dining areas.

The role requires a strong lead-by-example approach, excellent service skills, and the ability to adapt to changing demands, while welcoming every guest with warmth and attentiveness.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift.

Responsibilities

• Make sure the bar is safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with quickly and safely.
