Job summary

Flaming Grill is a lively pub chain known for flame grilled food and a great drinks selection. We are seeking a Team Leader to guide a shift, ensure the team has what they need, and uphold high standards so our customers have a memorable visit. You’ll deputise for management, coordinate a busy bar, and keep operations running smoothly.

You will help maintain safety, compliance, and a welcoming environment while demonstrating service excellence and teamwork on every shift.

Qualifications

• A great eye for detail to ensure quality pours.
• Excellent customer service and warm welcome to customers.
• Ability to think on your feet during busy shifts.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform role safely and understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
