Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader for our Flaming Grill brand to drive a high-performing shift and maintain exceptional customer service. You’ll supervise the team, resolve issues in the absence of management, and keep the bar safe, legal, and efficient during busy periods.

You will role-model outstanding service, stay composed under pressure, and ensure all team members communicate effectively in English while following allergen controls and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with quickly and safely.

Responsibilities

• Be a role model to the team on giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
• Think on your feet and adapt to challenges during a busy shift.
• Maintain a positive can-do attitude and teamwork across the shift.
