Job summary

Joe & The Juice is looking for a Shift Manager to supervise daily shift operations, ensuring DCWF is followed and guest experience remains outstanding. You will lead a team of Juicers, coach staff, and help drive daily sales while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will report to the Store Manager and foster a positive, energetic culture that reflects our brand. This is a great chance to grow within a vibrant international network of Juicers and develop leadership skills on the shop

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast‑paced service environments.
• Ability to coach and motivate staff to meet standards.
• Strong organisational and delegation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations and DCWF execution.
• Lead and train Juicers to maintain high performance.
• Monitor guest experience and resolve issues promptly.
• Drive daily sales targets and manage cash and deliveries.
