Joe & the Juice in London is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise the daily operations of the assigned shift, maintaining operational excellence through DCWF and delivering high guest satisfaction. You will support the store management team and foster a people-centric culture during each shift.

You will train Juicers, uphold safety standards, and focus on improving guest experiences while contributing to daily targets and team development across locations.

Responsibilities

• DCWF executed to highest standards on shift with structured task delegation.
• Oversee cleanliness and adherence to Pink Standard and food safety principles.
• Lead Juicer training following Knowledge - Training – Practice – Validation.
• Deliver exceptional guest experience and manage in-store guest feedback professionally.
• Monitor and drive daily sales targets and financial performance.
