Job summary

Joe & The Juice in London is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise the daily operations of your assigned shift, maintain operational excellence, observe and delegate, and deliver a high degree of guest satisfaction while supporting the store management team.

You will lead by example, train Juicers, monitor DCWF, ensure Pink Standard safety compliance, drive daily sales targets, and cultivate an engaging, inclusive, and energetic workplace that can propel careers across locations.

Responsibilities

• DCWF: Ensure DCWF is executed to the highest standards by following the set structure and by observing operational gaps.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Oversee checklists to ensure adherence with Pink Standard safety principles; report issues.
• Juicer Training: Lead planned juicer training following our Knowledge-Training-Practice-Validation mantra.
• Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional guest experience and handle in-store feedback.
• Financial Accountability: Monitor daily sales targets and supervise deliveries and reporting.
