JOE & THE JUICE is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise daily operations on your assigned shift, maintain guest satisfaction, and lead a high-energy team. You will implement DCWF, delegate tasks, and uphold safety standards while contributing to store performance.

Responsibilities

• DCWF: Ensure DCWF is executed to high standards by following the set structure and observing traffic-based gaps.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Oversee checklists to ensure adherence to food & bar safety principles; maintain Pink Standard.
• Juicer Training: Carry out planned Juicer training following the training mantra and ensure staff are engaged and capable.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experience and address in-store feedback.
• Financial Accountability: Monitor and optimize sales targets; handle deliveries and reporting.
