Job summary

JOE & THE JUICE is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise daily shift operations, ensure high guest satisfaction, and support the store team. You will drive operational excellence by enforcing DCWF, training staff, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards across the bar and floor.

Reporting to Store Manager, this role emphasizes leadership, a positive attitude, and the ability to motivate a diverse team in a fast, music-led environment with growth pathways and international opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced service environments.
• Strong guest experience focus and hospitality mindset.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver consistent guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• DCWF: ensure daily workflow is executed to standards and delegate tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and food/bar safety by following Pink Standard and checklists.
• Carry out Juicer training following the Knowledge- Training- Practice- Validation mantra.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences and address feedback professionally.
• Monitor daily sales targets, deliveries, and general operational tasks.
