Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team in fast-paced hospitality.
• Strong guest service mindset and leadership.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• DCWF: Ensure DCWF is executed to the highest standards throughout the shift and delegate tasks to keep the team productive.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Oversee checklists to ensure safety and cleanliness per Pink Standard.
• Juicer Training: Lead planned Juicer training following the training mantra to develop skilled team members.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle feedback professionally.
• Financial Accountability: Monitor sales targets and report on daily performance and deliveries.
