Responsibilities

• DCWF: Ensure DCWF is executed to the highest standards by following the set structure and observing gaps based on store traffic.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Oversee checklists to ensure adherence with food & bar safety principles and report malfunctions.
• Juicer Training: Carry out planned Juicer training following our global mantra: Knowledge - Training – Practice – Validation.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experience and handle feedback professionally.
• Financial Accountability: Monitor and optimize daily sales targets and reporting.
