Tesco PLC is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise store operations in our UK stores. You will lead the team to deliver outstanding customer service, coordinate across departments, and act as the store leader in the Manager's absence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a team lead or management role in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Must be 18 or over to apply.
• Willingness to work varied shift patterns and weekends if required.

• Working across all areas of the store and guiding colleagues on day-to-day queries.
