Greene King is seeking a Team Leader for our Farmhouse Inns brand. You will lead and support the team to deliver a high-quality service, managing busy shifts and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will deputise for management, maintain safety and cleanliness, and model excellent service with a friendly welcome and efficient operations. This role is based on site at a Greene King pub.

Qualifications

• Must provide a heartfelt and memorable customer experience on every visit.
• Deputise for management and resolve issues in their absence.
• Coordinate the team during busy shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a safe, legal, and clean bar environment and address issues quickly.
