Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to lead by example, ensuring the shift runs like clockwork, maintaining high standards and keeping our customers happy throughout every service.

Qualifications

• Great eye for detail ensuring consistent pour and service.
• Ability to lead by example and deliver warm, memorable service.
• Capable of thinking on your feet during busy shifts.
• Positive, can-do attitude and proactive teamwork.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform role safely and understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.

• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, ensuring smooth operations.
• Ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean, with issues dealt with quickly and safely.
