Greggs in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a busy shop, ensuring superb customer service across in-store, delivery, and online orders. You’ll cover management when the Store Manager isn’t present and motivate the team to deliver great results on every shift.

You’ll supervise food preparation, keep displays stocked and neat, maintain clean standards, and drive a positive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Previous team supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication and in-store service focus.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast, friendly manner.
