Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Shift Lead to guide the store team and ensure excellent customer service. You’ll be the in-store go-to for daily operations and a trusted leader in the Manager’s absence.

Successful applicants will have prior team leadership experience in retail, strong communication skills, and a flexible approach to shifts. Minimum age 18 and up to 16.86 per hour in some locations. Minimum weekly hours guaranteed.
