Job summary

Greene King’s Flaming Grill brand is seeking a Team Leader to drive a smooth shift, lead by example and maintain high service standards. You’ll ensure the team has what they need to keep customers happy and handle issues as they arise.

You’ll deputise for management, coordinate busy shifts, and ensure the bar remains safe, legal and clean, with a focus on a warm welcome and great pint quality. This role emphasizes teamwork and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with quickly and safely.
