Greene King is seeking a Team Leader for its Hungry Horse venue. You will lead by example, ensuring the shift runs smoothly, high standards are maintained, and customers stay happy. You’ll deputise for management, coordinate a busy team, and keep the bar safe and compliant throughout service.

You will champion great service, lead by example, and support a welcoming, fast-paced environment that values teamwork and safety in line with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team on a busy shift.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain high standards and safety on shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift to run like clockwork.
• Ensure the bar operates safely, legally and remains clean at all times.
