Greene King is seeking a Team Leader in the Greater Manchester area to lead by example, ensuring the shift runs like clockwork and that customers are kept happy. You’ll maintain high standards, support the management team, and coordinate the team during busy periods while keeping the bar safe and compliant.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience during every visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift to ensure smooth operation.
• Ensure the bar is safe, legal and clean, addressing issues promptly and safely.
