Job summary

B&Q Bexhill is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee a 06:00–21:00 window, working 18 hours per week on a permanent contract. The role focuses on delivering a safe, welcoming shopping experience and supporting colleagues and customers daily.

This is a keyholder position with responsibility for store operations and service standards. You’ll lead shifts, deploy staff to maximize customer care, and be the primary contact for customers and colleagues while safeguarding store safety.
