Job summary

B&Q Ashford is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure a safe and welcoming shopping environment. You’ll drive excellent customer service, manage staff on shift, and coordinate resources to deliver a superior store experience.

The role is full-time at 36.75 hours per week with a permanent contract and a salary of £27,709.50 per year, plus a pension and enhanced holiday allowance. Early start and late finish shifts apply.
