Bexhill-on-Sea, United Kingdom – B&Q Limited is seeking a part-time Shift Lead (18 hours per week) to oversee shifts, ensure safe operations, and deliver a great customer and colleague experience. You’ll energize the team, deploy staff to meet demand, and be the primary contact for customers and colleagues during your shift.

This role includes a permanent contract with a competitive base salary (£27,709.50 per annum FTE), pension, and generous holiday entitlement.
