Job summary

Greggs in Devizes is seeking a Shift Manager to join our retail team, taking responsibility for the shop when the Manager is away and guiding a team to deliver excellent service.

You will oversee day-to-day shop operations, ensure stock and displays are well-prepared, and help provide a positive customer experience across in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results andmaintainthe excellent standards of the shop
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
• Ensure our displays are fullystocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers
• Keep the shop looking clean,tidyand presentable
