Job summary

Greggs plc is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead a busy shop and drive exceptional customer experiences across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels. You will look after the shop when the Manager isn’t on site, motivate the team and ensure high standards—from product preparation to oven management and store presentation.

Ideal candidates will have previous supervisory exposure in customer-focused environments and a passion for delivering great service.

Qualifications

• Previous team supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Experience in fast-paced retail or food service settings.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver excellent service and maintain shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast, friendly manner.
• Prepare products (sandwiches) and manage ovens.
• Keep displays stocked and shop clean and presentable.
